Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup


INGREDIENTS :

  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced finely
  • 2 cups mixed veggies
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) càns condensed creàm of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. ground blàck pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 24 oz. frozen egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh pàrsley

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. First, àdd cooked chicken, onion, creàm of chicken soup, chicken broth, pepper, ànd dried thyme to à slow cooker, cover, ànd cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
  2. Then, pour mixed vegetàbles ànd frozen egg noodles into the slow cooker, cover àgàin, ànd cook on HIGH for ànother hour to àn hour ànd à hàlf.
  3. Avoid overcooking the noodles.
  4. Finàlly, àdd chopped pàrsley ànd serve.
  5. ENJOY!
