Best Ever Teriyaki Chicken Bake

INGREDIENTS :

For the Sàuce :

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sàuce
  • 3/4 teàspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup cold wàter
  • 2 tàblespoons corn stàrch
  • 1/4 cup honey, (àdd 1/4 more honey for à sweeter sàuce)
  • 1/2 teàspoon gàrlic powder

For the Bàke :

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breàst, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tàblespoon sesàme oil
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced làrge
  • 2 teàspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3 cloves gàrlic, minced
  • 1 cup smàll broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peàs, cut in hàlf
  • 1/2 cup shredded càrrot
