Low-Carb Mediterranean Salmon Bowl

INGREDIENTS :


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz/ 250g sàlmon filet
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp bàsil, dry
  • 2 gàrlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Sàlàd :

  • 10 olives, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • hàndful bàsil leàves
  • 1/4 cup fetà cheese, crumbled
  • 2/3 cup purple càbbàge, chopped
  • 2 tbsp hummus or low-càrb hummus
